End of the world, here we come!
Well, Sunday morning Dallan said he wanted to make breakfast. I gave him a new pancake recipe to try that uses our wheat storage. He had to grind the wheat kernals in our vita-mix blender & everything, all on his own. They were delicious! Especially topped with my home-made maple syrup (I know! Wow, huh?). Anyway, I'm happy to report that if the end of the world comes tomorrow, we will be able to sustain ourselves on pancakes!
